I've tried blogging before. It's never worked out. I've never really had a grasp on what I've wanted to write about. Life. Music. Thoughts. Whatever. I always just gave up on it after a few posts.
So I have a new idea. This blog is for news. Music news. The news that I see fit for posting. I really hope to get some followers here from day one. And if there is a particular artist you'd like me to start researching and posting news for, I'll do my best to follow your wishes. I just want those as interested in music news as me to be able to find it somewhere.
Now, this might sound similar to a site like Pitchfork or NME. And it kind of is. Except that each story will have my opinion. At least most of them. And I want to hear others' opinions. That's what will make this thing worthwhile.
So of course I start this thing on a weekend, when there isn't much going on. But we'll really get going on Monday. So hang in there. I hope this works.
Oh, and if you understand the name of the blog without looking it up on Google, you get ten bonus points.
