Broken Bells, the fantastic duo of James Mercer of The Shins and producer/Gnarls Barkley member Danger Mouse, are set to release the Meyrin Fields EP on March 29.
The four-track compilation will feature two songs that have are previously unreleased, "Windows" and "Heartless Empire." The other two tracks have both been available online before.
Even though it's only four songs, any new material from this group is exciting. The band's debut album was a stunning mix of Mercer's light vocals in contrast with Danger Mouse's tendency towards darker arrangements.
