Listen to The Strokes' New Song "You're So Right"

Rock 101.9 FM has is now streaming "You're So Right," a new song off of The Strokes' forthcoming album Angles. The song will be available as a B-side on the band's 7-inch release of "Under Cover of Darkness" in record stores tomorrow.

You'll notice immediately that "You're So Right" differs drastically from the lead single. It's a darker, more futuristic sound that sounds reminiscent of the band's last album, First Impressions of Earth.

While First Impressions is easily my least favorite Strokes album, "You're So Right," has something that the more experimental tracks on the last album didn't. Direction. It's far out in left field if you're comparing it to "Last Nite," but it definitely works. I think it's a grower. Just wait. Perhaps The Strokes are just growing into a different band than they were ten years ago. And that doesn't have to be a bad thing.

Also, the guitar solo here is crazy awesome.
